Original characters

Are we allowed to make profiles for people from smaller sources such as Flash games, Youtube animations, etc? Because I'm seeing profiles made for characters from Flash games(i.e. Failma), yet my profile for Dr. Octagonapus gets rejected.


Totally not doing this to see if I can make profiles for Undertale AUs.

It's a slippery slope, but characters generally need to have a certain following before having a profile made here. FCOC Wiki is the place for original characters.
