Movie 1986: Punches hurt Megatron whom survived a planet moving explosion. Megazord's strongest punch launches giant monster a building's height.

Episode 16: Ion Blaster one shots Devastator (who is similar to Megazord being comprised of several smaller bots). Megazord needs to used its strongest attack finisher to one shot its opponent.

Episode 16: Survives every attack from the Decepticon army.
