I'd have to give it to Tali low-mid dif. Her biggest disadvantage is thay... well, Optimus is a giant freakin' robot. However, given she can hack even Geth with a press of her omni tool, she'd likely hack him or use sabotage to prevent him from using weaponry. Take a hit? Energy drain, finds the spark via her omni tool? Heck, probably without that? Use overload since that has a tendency to blow up machinery and render Synthetics helpless or even blow up weaponry in their face. It can probably go right for the spark too.
