So if I spread myself across the entire time stream and absorb all time into myself. Would this mean I got all space aswell or no?
 
With no context, no. Temporal Presence =/= Spatial Presence (both are, however, Nigh Omnipresence).
 
So I wouldn't be Low 2-C for absorbing the entire time stream then?.
