I can't believe I can do this, but I can. Prepare for the best pokemon match you've ever seen, clearly. Lt. Surge decided that he was going to do some hand to hand training with Colonel Hogan. Let's see if Hogan will get shocked by his foreign opponent, or if Surge will figure out why Hogan's known as a hero.

Then probably inconclusive. Both received military training where Surge's training might be slightly better depending on the time period the Pokemon war happened. However both of them never really used hand to hand combat as a first resort even thought both are skilled in it. Hogan was a pilot while Surge relied on his Pokemon.

So inconclusive for me
 
honestly pokemon trainers may be being bumped up physically so I don't know how long this'll last.
