Here's my interpretations of the final bit:

"On Earth, there is flame" - Pretty standard thing, probably referring to war, so likely literal. Or, and hear me out, one could draw the comparison between Nerona Imu and Nero, and the original Nika was being burned alive.
"Mankind, overtaken by desire, touched upon the forbidden Sun" - either a literal weapon, such as the Ancient Weapons, or an "Icarus" metaphor.
"The Enslaved prayed" - Literal text. The enslaved... prayed, simple as.
"'The Sun God' appeared" - Nika. Whether Nika is a literal god created by the people, a god descending from the heavens, a human empowered by something higher, or all of these is up to interpretation
"The deity of Earth is enraged" - 3. Number 3. There are "3 worlds." Imu is the god of Earth, I believe. With the slaves being freed, the empire of "Gaia", as I shall call this entity, would be severely weakened. Keep in mind the importance of "3" in the series. There are various trios, SANji, etc. Nika, of course, would be reminiscent of the number 2.
"Together with the Serpent of Hell Flame, they engulfed the world with death and darkness" - I believe this is the entity that became the Red Line. A war involving these 3 entities devastated the world.
"They can't be met again" - I BELIEVE this refers to all of these three entities. The Red Line is dead or dormant. Nika is dead. Imu either lost all power or became something else. OR! The original "Gaia" died and created Imu.

"In emptiness, there is breath" - Mu. Mu is nothingness. The emptiness with breath coming into it is Joy Boy's existence bringing back Nika. And he's not back to make friends.
"The deity of the Forest dispatched demons" - This god might be Imu. The demons are the Devil Fruits.
"The Sun did nothing but spread seeds of war" - Joy Boy is planting rebellion in the hearts of his people.
"The people of the Half-Moon saw a dream" - Will of D.
"The people of the Moon saw a dream" - Skypieans, Lunarians, Birkans, Shandians, etc.
"Men became gods after slaying the Sun" - Joy Boy's death, likely at the hands of a group of other Devil Fruit users, who became the Celestial Dragons
"The deity of the Sea rampaged" - the ocean itself rejected the devils that had killed its beloved sun, or perhaps its beloved son.
"They can't be met again" - the ocean was split apart, and is no longer sapient? idk. Joy Boy is dead.

"In chaos, there is void" - Imu.
"The troubled shadow remembers" - Imu.
"The promised day" - Ragnarok.
"And listens to the sound of the fragmented Moon" - Will of D
"'The Sun God' dances and laughs" - Luffy
"Leading the world to its end" - Ragnarok.
"The Sun will return" - Luffy
"And so comes a new morning" - Ragnarok
"They will meet again" - Final War
