I find One Beings' page very poor. He probably has similar powers to the Elder Gods, which would include Incorporeality and Abstract Existence.

Besides, SSJG Goku has shaken universes before, and planets within those shokwaves from random parts of the universe were spontaneously combusting, further proving that Goku has universal range
