Kay, so I need to know, is it possible for a non Immesurable, non omnipresente being to beat Omnipresence without PIS?

Omnipresence vs non omnipresence

character A is one with the universe making him omnipresent I don't see why character B who is not omnipresent can't just blow up the universe and destroy character A so yeah a non omnipresent character can kill an omnipresent character without PIS
