Omniprescence vs Infinite and Immeasurable

Could someone please explain whether Temporal Omniprescence would be superior to Infinite or Immeasurable speed?

Both are superior to Infinite speed, and from what i recall 4-D Omnipresence >= Immeasurable Speed

Actually i was mistaken, 4-D omnipresence is suerior to 4-D Immeasurable speed

Omnipresence: Higher-dimensional omnipresence of a certain plane of existence is superior to the immeasurable speed gained from existing on the same level. Similarly, immeasurable speed associated with a higher plane is superior to the omnipresence of a lower-dimensional entity.
