Omnicience and nigh omnicience

Wait what? I don't think being omniscience gives you knowledge of other characters, I don't recall a single instance where that was the case.

Omniscience is just very stronk precog and clairvoyance technically, so I don't see the problem. It's different from someone going on a journey, seeing everything in existence and now knowing everything.

I was always told that if u take them out of their verse the omnicience becomes useless cus they are on a place they know nothing about (neutral place)

Yes, being omniscient give the character knowledge of their opponent (that said, character being omniscient is difficult to prove). Nigh omniscient characters may or not have knowledge of the enemy, it depends what its the "field of expertise" of the character.
