I don't think he can win without Alien X. Maybe Feedback can do something, but Ben doesn't know how strong Omega Shenron is so he wouldn't know to go for the Energy Absorption/Redirection.

Ben's only Wincon is still using Feedback which wouldn't be his first choice because he has no idea what Omega Shenron is capable of. Maybe if he gets lucky he can use Clockwork's Timehax to his advantage, but I don't think he's ever used him like that before.

Technically Goop has High regen (but not applied yet) and Ghostfreak as well, the latter could be combat applicable due to Master Control. And I'm pretty certain that High regen covers everything up to High 3-A AP as long as it isn't a full body blast (which could happen in this fight) since I asked in a Q&A.
Feedback could potentially succ indeed. There's also stuff like Big Chill freezing (people who can survive in space) from the inside out, Ghostfreak possessing, Whampire's mindhax, ...
Shenron's own absorption could be troublesome tho so I'm awaiting more input.
