Real talk tho, if he can confront and do major damage to Nintendo of America and Reggie, then I'm certain he could do the same with Thanos and Marvel.

Ergo, Ness most likely stomps if Thanos hasn't shown feats comparing to that of Ness's. Even if he was allowed to Default Dance, Ness's Okey taunt would immediately incap Thanos.
