This sounds pretty unfair now thinking about how much cell regened (I was thinking of warp kamehameha and stuff like that), would a match between SSJ Gohan be a bit more fair?

oh wait never mind, this match up can work, Cliff has intangibility when he has enough light and can adapt to oppenents (hence why he has reactive power level)
I thought this was a stomp for a moment
