We currently give Ogi Zen'in a "possibly higher" rating for his statement that the only reason Naobito became clan head is because he's got superior children.
HOWEVER, this is actually baseless self-worship and we know it's wrong via what's stated. We accept Naobito got made clan head because of his strength already, which puts Ogi's claims to doubt. Later on in a databook, we actually find out that Naobito would slam Ogi, and Ogi doesn't know what he's talking about, so it immediately proves the "possibly" is just wrong.
Also, worth noting that for Naobito, it could be added that he's far above Ogi and that he can increase his AP via going at max speed. Also I would reformat it to say "up to Transonic at peak speeds" and I wanna ask if it could be noted that his speed feats are casual / not displays of his max capabilities, considering he performed them while drunk, meaning that his sense of timing could be thrown off and ruined.
