Can anyone provide/add a justification for this characters low 2-C raiting and 'possibly omnipresent' because currently this profile looks weird.

From my limited knowledge of Persona 2, Low 2-C comes from being equal to Philemon, who recreated the universe after it was destroyed. I've got no idea where Omnipresence comes from though.

I hate seeing 2-C profiles with zero justification though. Can anyone add one till we revise persona profiles?
