Godzilla takes this due to his superior range (Blob has projectile redirection, but he'll likely be overwhelmed by sustained fire from heat vision and fire breath), his resistance to gravity manipulation, regen, stealth since this is a dark alley (which'll likely end up destroyed), and if the fight somehow ends up in a grappling match, Godzilla can easily overpower him due to a drastic lifting strength difference.
