Lee Soo-Jin was tasked by the North Korean military to infiltrate and threaten the Japanese government from the inside. Upon reaching the shores of the country however, she is confronted by a man with a sword. Sensing aggression, the man draws his sword and prepares to fight.

This should be interesting. Lee Soo doesn't have a way past that immortality but incapacitating him is probably still an option.

How does her power null work and what would a likely way to incapacitate be?

Her power null seals all supernatural powers leaving the opponent to beat her martially.

Soo-Jin practices ITF Taekwondo, which was created to kill opponents brutally, so I doubt she would go for the incap right away. Though if she has to, she has a variety of skills that could match Japan in close combat and potentially knock him out.

Does she have to do anything to activate it or does it just happen?

I do believe that Japan could probably beat her naturally, however. He's had countless battle experiences in his lifetime (I'm pretty sure in Hetalia the countries are sort of in...every battle they participate in essentially), and he's fought someone like China and could hold his own against him, which means that he is incredibly skilled. That and he has more variety by knowing a ton of martial arts in Japan, ways of fighting and has every Japanese weapon and firearm. That regen should also make him hard to fight and beat, especially if she doesn't go for the incap and tries to kill him.

She looks at you and your power gets nulled. It's thought based.

If we're comparing experience, Soo-Jin has fought both Ardu and Mori, both of whom have thousands of years of experience in combat and the latter even paratices a martial art specfically made to counter her own.

Huh, interesting. I will say this seems to be a pretty close match all the same. Both seem very experienced in what they do and they both seem like they'd be very good in a fight. Japan probably does have better versatility, however, just due to sheer amount of weapons.

Hmm. Let's see here.

Japan has over several thousand years of warfare experience. He has fought both Eastern and Western powers along with surviving an Alien invasion. He also has pretty decent Regenerationn. She is also on Japan's home country so that gives him a slight advantage in terms of the area they're going to fight in.

Japan also has precognition which doesn't require him to do anything stationary or special, so he could predict a lot of moves here.

Lastly, he has Earth Manipulation so he can either split the very ground, open a rift beneath her and close her shut OR create something that could stimulate her PTSD and close in on her.

What's her abilities?

Her whole shtick is thought based power null. She looks at you and your powers get sealed. That's all she can do in this key. But to compensate, she is monstrous at CQC.

Sujin is now 6-A so this doesn't work.
