I don't know if this has been asked before but i realized something regarding Non Canon Characters like Kokuto and the Filler Arc Characters. For some reason they're not actuate to the current tierings of Bleach. Example being Kokuto is High 6-C for overpowering Bankai Ichigo. But Ichigo uses the 2nd Hollow Mask in Hellverse so shouldn't he be High 6-B instead considering this is after he fought Ulquiorra? His energy shields should also be 6-A or High 6-A for being able to block Ceros from Fully Hollowed Ichigo. I would talk about the filler Arc Characters but i haven't watched the Filler but part of me feels like they need to he upgraded as well from looking at them.
