Round 1: Noctis vs Bartz.

Round 2: End game ff XV party (Non blind ignis for the sake of it) vs End game FF V party.

Round 3: Chocobo race between Noctis and Bartz.

I say Bartz all 3 rounds. ROund 1, he has more hax available to him. Round 2, the entire party has it. Round 3, Bartz has more of a bond with his chocobo than Noctis does.
