Alright. It's not THAT important, but let's go over WHERE in 7-C they're scaled to.

No Heart: Coldheart Explosion: 3.766e+15 joules or 900 kilotons of TNT or Large Town level+

Johnny Bravo: 4.7380405e+14 joules or 113 kilotons of TNT or Large Town level

No Heart is about 7.96 times stronger than Johnny. Unfortunately for him, that MIGHT not be enough. Johnny has Mid-High Regenerationn:

Mid-High: The ability to regenerate from being reduced to ash, dust, smoke, or vapor.

With his amulet, No Heart has Power Nullification, but would it work on any of Johnny's abilities? Can he destroy Johnny beyond reducing him to ash?

No Heart has Class K Lifting Strength since he can restrain the Care Bears. Johnny has Class K, too because he lifted a Submarine out of the ocean! No Heart could try throwing Johnny into space!

Self-Sustenance (Type 1)

• Type 1: Respiratory Self-Sustenance: The ability to live indefinitely without oxygen (or whatever substance that the creature's species breathes). This includes surviving in the vacuum of space or in the depths of an ocean. This may provide resistance to certain gas-based toxins.

Well then. Incidentally, Speed is unequalized, & both are MHS+. No Heart scales to Grumpy reacting to lightning, so.... 1382060.93803 m/s or Mach 4029 or Massively Hypersonic+

Johnny's feat is walking from China to Africa in 19 seconds. 462.8 km/s or Mach 1349 or Massively Hypersonic+

So No Heart is almost three times faster, too. (About 2.986 times faster.) Anyway, point is, even if speed were equalized, the speed would be too high (& Johnny's Type 1 Self-Sustenance) means it'd be hard to keep him away for a week, even by sending him into space.

....How far COULD Telekinesis send Johnny into space? Long enough he couldn't return to Earth within 168 hours while travelling at 462,800 meters per second? Then again, his speed is for walking? COULD he move that fast in space?


Anyway, what about alternate ways to win? With preparation, No Heart has Sleep Manipulation & Transmutation? How do those work?

Could he use his Bubbles of Uncaring or his willpower sapping smoke to to render Johnny unable to harm him in that he'd have no will to fight, or being servile to No Heart?

And he could try to possess Johnny.... But Johnny resists it.

The good news for No Heart is he might be able to learn about stuff like this with his one day of preptime & Clairvoyance.

Without prep time, No Heart would PROBABLY be absolutely screwed:

He'd see Johnny Bravo, an absolute buffoon, but a buffoon who can regenerate from a pile of dust (CAN No Heart kill him to a greater extent, especially considering his nearly 8 times greater AP?), won't suffocate, nor die if he goes into space, won't drown, is too fast to STAY in space, & too strong to bury alive, being able to match NH's Telekinesis with raw strength.


Meaning to win, No Heart has to: Knock him out for at least an hour (Would Sleeping Powder last that long?) transmute him (Is that knock-out (1 hour) or incapacitation (needs over a day?), corrupt him, drain his willpower, get control of his mind, or just knock him out.

(Although, Johnny also has "Telepathy/Mind Manipulation (Resisted having his "thoughts absorbed" by an alien)", but that kind of Mind Manipulation resistance seems irrelevant.)

In theory, he MIGHT have a chance in a straight up fight (Although, Johnny's resistances to Heat Manipulation (For staying in a 450 fahrenheit room for several hours & coming out unphazed.) as well as digging through Earths' core unharmed.) & Radiation Manipulation MIGHT help against some of No Heart's magic.

But I'm not sure how hot, nor radioactive No Heart's fire & lightning are, & he has other magical attacks. His electric shocks have hundreds of meters with electric shocks, & several kilometers with other stuff.

Against Johnny Bravo's Standard Melee Range, & with his teleportation, intelligence, & massively superior range, No Heart has the edge. Being nearly 8 times stronger & 3 times faster, he's got that edge, too.

Problem is....

Stamina: Unknown

Meanwhile, Johnny's Stamina is for walking the globe, a PART of his misadventure being to go 3,100 miles off course. Not combat stamina, but no small feat.

Heck, CAN you knock out someone with Mid-High Regenerationn via combat?

And if it DID come to combat, Johnny has ALL this:

Plot Manipulation (Threw several people, including Carl, out of an episode to avoid the ending he didn't want. Reset an episode several times after being late for a date), Time Manipulation (Rewound to the beginning of the day to make it to the date on time), Limited Probability Manipulation (Requires Johnny to "jinx" the target)

If Johnny were aware, & thought to use this AND was motivated to do so against No Heart, he might be able to time & probability screw No Heart. Problem is, he may not be motivated or thoughtful enough to do so.

(Also, I don't know what No Heart's Power Nullification can protect him against.)


All in all, voting No Heart, Medium-High difficulty. He massively outranges Johnny in everything but Time & Plot Manipulation, is much smarter, has Clairvoyance, & while most of his tools won't work on Johnny, he has chances with his bubbles, willpower-sapping smoke, Sleeping Powder, Transmutation, not to mention, actually has strong statistical advantages in AP/SS, Durability, & Speed.

Just a shame his Stamina is Unknown.

The amulet grants him resistance to powernull.

Nonetheless, he summed everything up well, although all that really wasn't necessary.

No Heart's way more competent and is likely to use his wincons sooner than Johnny. He wins this pretty handily.
