One of them is a serial killer who targets unsuspecting victims and the other is a seasoned hitman who kills people with real combat experience.

There really isn't a contest. Putting them in a hotel just makes things easier for Anton since he's so calculative that he would easily discern the most effective way to just ambush Patrick and one tap him.

I don't think it's a stomp so much as it's just putting two killers with very different mindsets against each other. One of whom has vastly more experience against people who actually fight back than the other.

In a hypothetical situation like this it just makes more sense that it would be decisively Anton's victory.
