so this will be simple last time we went into the Dark Assembly it granted the generic classes Reality Warping from wish granting. Since then there has been additional powers that have been shown. It is stated in the madoka magica event of disgaea RPG the Dark Assembly is able to change the very logic of the netherword this should grant them some form of Law manipulation from their wish granting powers, as well are shown to grant Laharl the power of a magi/Magical girl. This should grant them Power Bestowal. and the events of the madoka magica is called back to later in Disgaea RPG so these event is canon to the rest of the verse.
With that All generic classes should gain Law manipulation (Their ability to grant wishes can change the very logic of the netherworld), and Power Bestowal (Can grand people powers sets they normally can't normally gain on their own)
