AHAH! YOU FOOL! Itoi once stated before that Ninten is Ness because they are practically identical in every aspect, thus we can conclude that Ninten is just an avatar of its true form. Which would make sense considering Giygas is obsessed yet also scared of Ness, the same kid from EarthBound Beginnings that Giygas did not want to severely harm. Which is still carried over in EarthBound where the kinder remnants of Giygas wanted Ness to "go back". And Varik from the EarthBound Halloween Hack was heavily implied to be Ness, so we can also conclude that he too is just a mere avatar of its true form. Oh, but that's not all, folks! Itoi was asked in an interview before if Ness was Flint. You best better believe that the man, the myth, the mayonnaise delivered an answer. Well, as it so turns out, Flint is actually Ness. Thats right, Mother verses Chuck Norris is Ness. Meaning we could logically conclude that Flint is just yet another avatar of Ness. Which again, would make sense considering Mother 3 is an identical universe to the OG universe (we even see screenshots of Onett and other locations from EB in the canceled Mother 64 game) so we'd have to see Ness somewhere. In which he takes the form of Chuck Norris, very fitting for a Cosmic God if I do say so myself...

BUT WAIT, THERES MORE!

You thought we were done with the avatars? Not even close, bucko. As we know from the infamous theory, Sans is just Ness from an alternate timeline, and we all know the Ness you play as in EarthBound is just an avatar. Because of that, Sans is the same avatar you saw back in EarthBound. Bringing up Mother 3 again, but did you know that one of Ness's names in the "Don't care" option is Alec? This means that the same character that appears in Mother 3 is actually just an avatar of Ness. What a surprise! And whats even more surprising is how Ness and Lucas have the same PSI technique with the same name and with the same function. Coincidence? I think not! When you dig through the files of Mother 3, there's a sound file that implies Sanctuary Guardians were going to be implemented in Mother 3. Not to mention the very spooky Giygas theme, which hints that he had a role in the game, but it went unused for unknown reasons.

Thus, ladies and gentlemen...

We can conclude that Lucas is just an avatar of Ness.
