Nine’s lifting strength

Pretty simple and quick. Shouldnt nine have X lifting strength with weather manipulation? Wofram has a rating based on his metal manipulation so I believe it would be best for Nine to have one based on the fact that he can bring in these gigantic clouds in mere seconds (in his fight vs ofa deku and bakugo, you can even see him spinning very fast which creates a tornado then it flows up towards the clouds above and generates that large storm we see).

His lifting strength us unknown and him generating that storm was me rambling at that point. Sure here that feat is considered an outlier but after ofa revisions come im ill try to argue its validity.
