As much as i like Pokemon, Supes wins this, he just insanely speed blitzs unless PMD Mewtwo is MFTL, which is highly unlikely/outlier. I would make it speed equalized for a more fair fight.

However, if it was Speed Equalized, i would say Mewtwo because of his insane amount of versatility with a massive movepool.
