I mean he has that as a hax but quicksilver also can bypass dura though even then Flash has more things to do with than not

Even if you equalize speed and disregard his ability to steal speed then Flash is still faster so Flash is a safer bet.TISSG7Redgrave said:

Both heal fast and are durable, but speed force automatically increases durability with a barrier while moving so there's no resistance (is why he can be punched out of his speeds by super strong opponents and live) whereas silver doesn't have that extra protection. Plus speed steal makes it impossible to "equalize speeds" longer than the first section of the fight. Plus can always take the fight to the speed force for a power boost. Then lightning manipulation. Flash is used to fighting people with more experience or skill and outwitting them, so Cap. America training doesn't change too much. Zoom/reverse flash have always had advantages in skill and yet still lose. Though straight even hand to hand fight would have silver win. On another matter for Ryukama, Barry has never performed the IMP so he wouldn't have it. He WOULD have Black Flash power technically unless new 52 brought black flash back as his own entity. I'm not sure. One touch in the speed force = death for any speedster. I'm waiting with bated breath for someone to IMP in New 52 though. But until it happens, gonna assume they can't for now. Still, Flash wins.

Since disregarding Flash's ability to steal speed isn't fair then Flash steals quicksilver's speed and speedblitz from there. Either way Flash will always get my vote and also Flash deserves a victory added to his profile.Dancesnapple said:

it will take 7 votes in order to make it a matchup to be added and the vote difference should be at least 3 is any less than it has to continue until it's decisive

New 52 Flash takes this due to versatility. Even if speed is equalized and Speed Steal isn't allowed, he still has a myriad of other abilities to fall back on. Quicksilver may be a better hand to hand fighter, but Flash's abilities cancel most of what Quicksilver could even try on him out.
