Literally anything. Tira is a random fighter overall and her fighting style changes depending on what personality is in control. As Jolly, she's more playful and sadistic. As Gloomy, she is more likely to try and kill you as fast and brutally as possible.

I don't know anything about Tira tbh, but soul drain & Sound Manip seem dangerous. Although, Nero is not the one to screw around, unlike Dante. He's more brutal and straight-forward, and leads with Yamato, so he's likely to simply cut Tira in half.

Sadly I can't really give anything in Tira's favor. But to at least give Reb something.....Does Yamato cut something in half?.....This is the best I can do due to the fact that I didn't start Tira off with Shrieker....

Well, I chose Nero who starts with Yamato (didn't know that) and didn't start Tira with Shrieker. So that's what caused that.....My bad... Akame vs Tira with Shrieker would be fitting tho.
