Hell, he might even possibly be into Tier 6 range, with taking into account that Sanctus took a portion of At least High 6-A power

Given that Nero might have the raw AP advantage over Dooku and given the hax he has at his disposal, I'm leaning slightly more towards him.

Yes, I suppose you could count that as a vote in Nero's favour. The only advantage Dooku has over him is in skill. Nero's profile says he's only an expert martial artist and weapon wielder. But I doubt Dooku's skill would help him against someone more powerful and haxed.
