This seems really close, it could go probably go either way. Although, I'd have to say Nepeta, as she's had enough experience dealing with relatively strong monsters, but that lava armor sounds problematic for her.
Credit to the person that made this thread, a shame it probably won't get the attention that it deserves.

Gonna side with Agnaktor. It would seem that Nepeta lacks range, while the Agnaktor has a powerful beam attack to use as much as it pleases. Not only that, but she can take burn damage from the fire based attacks, and if the lava armor hardens on Agnaktor, then she'll have a harder time dealing consistent damage.
