Negating immortality type 8 in vs threads is weird

a dude with immortality type 8 relies on vengeance....hes fighting character x who supposedly has immortality negation type 8. now here's the thing. how will character x now that he relies on vengeance? it would be absurd to assume that he can destroy vengeance too when hes never been shown to do that either.

Because he's not destroying vengeance, he's negating the very ability to be Immortal through something external.

plus in many cases their negation is not an ability activacted but just the nature of their attacks so they don't even need to know the enemy got immo type 8, and the ones that do need to activact it will porbably do so if the enemye comes back from the dead out of nowhere cuz, why not try the immortality-killing ability to kill a immortal and see if it works
