*NEED VOTES* The Rake's Range upgrade

Taking only by the link provided by the profile itself, we have 3 stories who tells us that The Rake's range is not limited to Extended Melee Range

The Rake is able to project stuff in his victim's minds, and in all of those he wasn't actually in the room, since why would he only one time (the last "excerpt", "From a Witness: 2006") be there and hit the people he want to be away/dead and in all of those others victims, he was there and didn't do a thing?

That is why i believe the Rake's range for his Perception Manipulation, Telepathy, Limited Empathic Manipulation, Fear Manipulation and Mind Manipulation should be upgraded to Several Meters, since it's more than 3m (as he wasn't in the room) and an unknown amount
