In light of everything going on, I need to take a break from the wiki. I don't believe that it will be long but...
As things stand, there's just been too much going on around here and it's kind starting to get to me a little. I've some stuff going on in life right now and all of this made me realise that I've allowed this wonderful site to invade a little too much of my life. Some of my coworkers have noticed a change in my behavior and demeanor and that got me really pondering how much of this site has come to dominate my free time.
I've got to take a break, put some distance between me and the site and just focus on some other things.
I don't want to make too much a big deal about this, considering that I'm not that important as a member of the site and this isn't really a goodbye. But, on the off chance that this somehow turns into my last post (though I doubt it) that I just wanted to say this:
For over 2 years this place has given me joy. I have loved coming here: debating, talking and analysing with all of you. This is the kind of place that I wished existed in my younger, simpler days to just nerd out and not be judged for it. This is a wonderful website and community, I have enjoyed every moment of it and hope that this is just me taking a few days away. But until then...
