All techniques and equipment and such available, and standard battle conditions apply as always. Battle takes place in these mountainous plains at a starting distance of 200 meters. Who takes this, ninja or rebel? Stating your reasoning is much appreciated.

Wat. 5-C is Moon level, 6-A is Continent level. Moons > Continents.

Naruto at his strongest is also 5-C (Moon level), so this is actually a really good match.

if Firion really does have all equipment/spells. He wins due to stuff like Flare, Ultima, Shell, Reflect, Protect, and tons of other spells.

I am playing FFII currently, and I just realized something

Firion's spell, Teleport, can let him teleport enemies to another dimension. So he can simply BFR Naruto
