Well, Naruto has great senses, negative emotion sensing which will alert him whenever attacks are coming his way, durability negation with Rasenshuriken, clone spam, regeneration, extra chakra limbs for maneuverability and range, and regeneration slowing (up to low-godly) to name a few of his abilities.

He is very skilled and unpredictable in battle, utilizing clones to distract and disorient his opponent. He can also amp his speed with Shuunshin.

I'll wait to see what the Hunter can do before I vote.

Bump. I think Naruto's Biggest Threat here is that The Hunter has a Soul Destroying Lance in this Key that they got from Harvesting Agnaktor parts. That and The Hunter's Traps that they can set up that can Electrocute those that touch them, which might let The Hunter land a nasty hit.
