I'm just going to say this, Itachi and Haku are not faster than light, they aren't even lightspeed. It would be massive outliers if they were.

Next, not all lasers in fiction are as fast as light otherwise we'd have a lot more lightspeed characters or more outliers in other verse along with Naruto.

Ummm I'm not sure I've seen that itachi has a faster processing speed than light. But that is Outlier itachi does not have light speed. Itachi's maximum speed was 4000 mach
