ok lets get this out of the way , small planet level naruto is an incredible lowball of the god tiers ability
i will be giving a few feats and statements that would support an upgrade , both planet level and even higher
here we see that kurama is stated in a databoom that he can destroy the world , this is consistent with other statements , another databook stating the same thing , a weaker version of the ten tails having chakra the size of a small planet , which that chakra was not only from the strongest ten tails but also uncontrolled chakra which is weaker then controlled chakra , which the none tails is likely a large portion of the ten tails
obito ( which naruto should scale to ) stated he was going to destroy the world , which is consistent with the kurama statements from the two databooks , as well as obito having a far more complete version of ten tails as well as being able to control its chakra which we know is a fairly big boost in power
naruto powers up the entire shinobi alliance to three times Kakashi's chakra ( which is no laughing matter considering that kakashi has a lot chakra even as a child nevermind during the war ) , which should be possibly thousands of shinobi from the common foot soldier to elites , which in naruto the last 80 shinobi was enough to destroy and teleport the moon , this is consistent since naruto was using kcm1 plus sage mode in the last to beat the otsutsuki dude who if i recall was also able to destroy the moon , which kcm2 ( which is the one he used to power thousands of shinobi multiple times over ) should be superior to kcm1 plus sage mode
madara states that with the power of his susanoo he could cut anything in the universe ( this could either be a stand in for the world or directly mean universe , ill let you people decide )
The infamous kaguya feat should also make naruto scale to her because not only does chakra directly impact physical strength and speed ( which there are many examples of ) but because that massive truth seeker orb is made from uncontrolled chakra ( it was created by bunny kaguya in which she pretty much loses all intelligence and thus the ability to properly control her chakra ) , which once again is a massive downgrade in terms of the power of your chakra , but naruto should also scale to this not only because chakra makes you more physically powerful but because thanks to the fact that , that chakra was half of the sage of six paths ( who should directly scale to kaguya's chakra levels ) as well as the fact of how kaguya was so adamant to get naruto and sasuke's chakra , naruto should scale to it with his controlled chakra
the same pretty much goes for momoshiki , naruto has had years of training and it seems that even kurama got stronger as well ( kurama states that if the one tails couldn't handle an otsutsuki then he couldn't handle him ) , and also because sasuke is stated in a novel that if a new threat above kaguya came he would deal with it , this was stated by the narrator in the novel
now the momoshiki and kaguya feats could either be scaled to star / solar system level or even universe level ( based on the fact that kaguya's universe is stated to be isekai or parallel universe ( which should be universe level since narutos world is directly translated to universe ) as well as the fact that momoshiki's realm seems to go far beyond just a simple solar system and momoshiki seems to be able to absorb energy from his entire dimension )
