Thing is he is only 5-B with one attack. And Naruto would 1 shot him.. Low 5-B versus Low 6-B. And that is if Naruto uses a TSB but Naruto would likely go with a FRS which would one shots him because it is Low 5-B vs 8-C...

Oh he still only have small country level durability at most and that is according to what attack Naruto decides to use. Like Naruto would literally one shot him on accident type thing.
