BM Naruto doesn't have the added AP of Gyukintho that's the point. It doesn't make sense for Naruto this scale to that when it's not even his whole feat

Kiba and shino should be 7-C . They are friends with Naruto. Of course, the two of them are jonin.Have through the war and experienced.comparable to Choji

But konohamaru had no experience in the war. Konohamaru was a generation After the war.

Konohamaru should be 8-A.

Why mitsuki is up Massively Hypersonic + because it can track shino, but why shino is not up Massively Hypersonic + because it is jonin

Yes, mitsuki can not use his own speed to defeat the shino , mitsuki win the shino. It's a long and tiring time.

Shino can track the speed of Sage Mode mitsuki.

We scale Mitsuki to Oro and Log surprise but I'm pretty sure SM Mitsuki still wouldn't be able to defeat Oro. His speed is increased a lot but he still isn't as strong as people think. He should be close in speed to Shino or comparable since they are all in the same tier making the fight closer to call

I highly disagree with any Jonin being less than 7-C, especially Konohamaru.

I can agree with it, it's your feats that determine your tier, not your title. If they have feats that consistently portray them at a specific tier, no reason to have them higher or lower even.

Now that someone brought this up again, not all jounin should be MHS+. Rather, they should be at least High Hypersonic. Just wanted to say that in case other profiles are made.

This logic is only sound for characters stated to be Genin and Chunin. And barely for Chunin, but most certainly not Jonin.
