Naomi vs Bill Cipher

I feel like Bill is horribly outclassed here, but just in case I'm missing something here, I'll try to start this with NAOMI's opener in Singularity Deus.

...Also Bill has absolutely Zero means to get through her Acausality.

To quote myself from the Vs Linx thread, in regards to "killing her":

Stuff like Complete Negation will nullify a NAOMI or another only for alternates to come the next moment like it doesn't concern them at all."
Seeing how SD!Naomi has access to other Universes with her Portal creation, you need enough power to oneshot every iteration of her from space-time and every iteration of her from deleted space-time all at once to make sure she stays down on this key.And that's without mentioning that she is missing all the Energeia shenanigans she has listed on her profile.
