1 Nano second is 1/ 1,000,000,000 of a second.
There is no thing as how many times FTL is one nanosecond as you need a distance first to see the speed.
Example: Character A moves 1 meter in 1 (nanosecond) would be 1,000,000,000 m/s or 3.3356409519818269c.
