Don't know atm. Elsa's Ice Potency would probably give her the edge in AP but that's of course to her magic....

Post-TS Nami has High Hypersonic reaction so she should be capable of dodging Elsa's attacks.

IDK. It basically comes down to either Elsa freezing Nami to death or Nami outlasting Elsa long enough and hitting Elsa with one of her attacks...

Well, we have never seen elsa use her power to its full potential, and we have seen just a fraction of what it can do when she loses control, and of course when she regained control over it. So it would be best to leave it as inconclusive for now until we see Frozen 2
