Awesome first match mate. This is a close one.

I'm gonna have to give it to James. Payne is a beast and it won't be easy but Bond simply has too many options and methods of taking Max down. Both are stealthy but James has invisibility and heat vision if he needs to find Payne. He can carry more weapons on him if necessary and grenades to overwhelm Payne who is definitely a match for Bond physically. Then there is sleeper darts and electric tasers if Payne is causing too much troubles up front.
