Muzan's Neck Durability

Muzan's neck durability must be considered inconsistent, the reason being that Obanai, who is massively weaker, seems capable of cutting Muzan's neck very easily.

Then Base Gyomei also seems to be able to easily crush Muzan's head, while Marked Gyomei has quite a hard time when it comes to beheading Kokushibo, who should be weaker than Muzan.

Not only that, Muzan from the start has succeeded in making beheading not a weakness for him, so there is actually no reason for Muzan to maintain resilience around him. This is different from Akaza and Kokushibo, because previously they did not think that each of them could resist the effects of beheading, so they would definitely remain on guard against beheading by focusing on the resistance of their necks.

Yeah it's inconsistent Base Obanai sliced through Muzan's neck like that if he scales above Upper Moons. Maybe his neck isn't that durable.

I'm watching this thread and will see how this goes.

What are the chances Koku is just physically stronger than muzan but muzan has better Regeneration?
Given that Muzan could fight against all of the at that point surviving Pillars in a massively weakened state alongside everyone else who participated in that battle this seems unlikely to me especially since he seems to primarily fight on a physical level and Kokushibo considered it noteworthy that Yoriichi was superior to Muzan. Muzan's Regeneration being better is definitely the case though.
