What makes it impossible for Muzan to dodge or use his ranged shockwaves that are invisible?

its omnidirectional eventually it will hit him (it tracks the target) and regen basically makes shockwaves useless
not the mention limited matter manipulation which makes everything worse as he can control molecules even inorganics(limited) and also molecular biology manipulation which muzan only resist to celluar i believe( ok nvm he doesnt even resist it lol)
and can summon other blacklight beings too tho i dont know if he can summon some 8-B goliaths
