This wiki has characters from Gorillaz and Steam Powered Giraffe. Is it allowed to create serious profiles on music characters such as, for example, Crazy Frog?

Well, the Editing Rules page technically says:
"Do not create any joke profiles, as they do not fit into our tiering system. Also avoid creating profiles for fan characters, advertisement characters, YouTube personalities, music videos, memes, and the like. If you wish to create such profiles, feel free to do so in the Joke Battles wiki instead."
However, it seeks like several staff members want us to allow such pages, as long as they feature fleshed out characters with a genuine elaborate storyline.

Under this rule, I realized that you meant musicians who appeared in music videos, but did not play any character (PSY from Gangnam Style). But Crazy Frog is a fictional character who had a storyline that we could contemplate in music videos. I wonder if he will be able to fit into this wiki, like characters of Gorillaz and SPG.
