Murphy takes on a Tax Evader (RoboCop vs Mr. Bullet) (1-0-0)

Murphy is basically V2 but with higher LS, actual flight, and the ability to hack into the robot if he manages to close the distance. He can counter the majority of ROBOTO's arsenal through his sheer aim alone (can shoot down the missiles like Jack, disable weapons by shooting through their barrels like he did against Cain, and ricochet his bullets to get around the shield like he did against that one scum). So yeah, I guess I'll be voting Robocop.
