So I finished the Manga and will read the Light Novel Soon but since there's a Profile for Hatou Manabu, I'll have to revise it since there's some things which aren't added at all or explained imo and I'll just mention the chapter numbers since it'll be easy to understand with context plus the manga being only 21 chapters.
1) Immortality (Types 1, 4, 6, 9): Hatou lived for more than over 10 Billion Years as her Non-Existent form (Chapter 17). Hatou could Ressurect as her alternate selfs once killed (Chapter 10). Hatou can go back in Time and possess different people by becoming them as possibilities (Chapters 12-15). Hatou exists beyond the Theory of Everything and outside the Universe as an Observer and as such, killing the Hatou Manabu in the Universe or in parallel universes/timelines won't do anything (Chapter 16 and 17).
2) Acausality (Types 2, 3, 4): Hatou doesn't exist as a part of Wave Function and has no past or future but only the Present (Chapter 9 and 12). Hatou has her consciousness shared amongst all her Infinite versions and killing one Hatou doesn't do anything as Infinite versions of herself can take her place (Chapter 10 and 12). Hatou exists beyond the Theory of Everything and beyond the Universe and doesn't work as part of the Universe (Chapter 17).
3) Nonexistent Physiology (Complete): Hatou evolved beyond the boundaries of the Theory of Everything and changed her parameters to the point that she didn't have no flesh or soul or even exist as a probability and can no longer be perceived or observed or thought of (Chapter 17).
4) Probability Manipulation: Hatou can completely control the Quantum Principles of the Universe as well as being able to choose and select from an Infinite number of possibilities for anything which she used to gain new superpowers, existence, future,etc and can even affect her own self even after transcending beyond The Theory of Everything and Probability as she became an observer of Infinite Possibilities for the Universe (Chapter 7-21).
5) Clairvoyance and Information Analysis: Hatou is able to understand everything about any person, event, theories, concept,etc even though she never saw or heard about them previously (Chapter 8 and 9).
6) Energy Projection: Hatou can shoot Eye Beams which was a result of Yukari's Qualia (Chapter 11.2).
7) Causality Manipulation: Hatou can change the past which would determine Causality System through her Observation and not through Time Travel (Chapter 12).
8) Law Manipulation: Hatou found a possibility for a Universe where the laws are different where the existence of Magic is possible and made it reality (Chapter 14).
9) Fire Manipulation, Teleportation, Transformation, Existence Erasure, Electricity Manipulation, and Telekinesis: Hatou gained these powers just by imagining that she possess them (Chapter 14).
10) Higher-Dimensional Existence, Conceptual Embodiment (Type 2) and Abstract Existence (Type 1): Hatou Evolved Beyond the Boundaries of Theory of Existence and became The Anthropic Principle itself which helps her to Observe and determine the Universe and all it's aspects and being immune to observations from higher observers and the Universe since she ceased to exist completely even as a possibility (Chapter 15-17).
11) Reality Warping and Information Manipulation: Was able to change her Parameters to the point where she became completely Non-Existent even ceasing to exist as a possibility and being Transcendental of Reality (Chapter 17).
12) Memory Absorption: Can absorb and assimilate memories of every living being (Chapter 17).
13) Power Nullification: After becoming the Observer of the box which houses an Infinite number possibilities of the Universe as worlds and Timelines, she collapsed them all into one possibility where only one Hatou lived and that her is normal original self which should have been unbound by probability or quantum mechanics and even from the perspectives and observation of Higher Observers of the Box that houses the Observer of the box (Chapter 15-18).
14) Possibly Fate Manipulation: She managed to change Yukari's fate by choosing one possibility where Yukari were to observe her own fate and not die which became a reality (Chapter 17 and 18).
15) Resistances to Quantum Manipulation, Probability Manipulation, Fate Manipulation, Reality Warping, Law Manipulation, and Physics Manipulation: Hatou Evolved Beyond the Boundaries of Theory of Existence and Reality and became immune to observations from higher observers and the Universe since she ceased to exist completely even as a possibility (Chapter 15-18).
