Technically since always, but it was only just realized about a week or so ago when going back through the experiment logs. When 1237 tried to turn 682 into a housecat he was also told to imagine 682 had no special powers or properties whatsoever. This of course didnt work...

But in the presence of the mundane, 682 would just be a lizard. Automatcially.

Well, Mundane's effect is passive. As long as he is looking at 682, the effect would prevail. And if 682 ever touches him, it turns into a lizard immediatly.

Passive or not, 682 still has a resistance to having his powers nullified.

That's not power nullfication actually. It is what it was before. Just resistance to transmutation. If that were the case, all with resistance to transmutation would have resistance to power nullification. My bad for leading you astray on that

Umm, so? Reality Warping is just changing the laws of reality to bend it to your whim. 1237 literally dreamed 682 into a harmless housecat with no powers, and yet 682 returned to its original self. There's no way altering something by dreaming it is just transmutation.

Top kek, @Ever. Obviously no hard feelings tho. However, I didn't decide that rule. If I recall correctly, that was one of the bureaus that said that.
