Multiversal Over Time Feats

Is being able to destroy a countless number of universal structures (2-B) still a 2-B feat if it's done over a finite period of time? I know we don't consider 'countless' the same as 'infinite', but is it still large enough to make power divisions due to timeframes irrelevant?

Considering our normal assumptions with "Countless" universes, I think it would still be considerably above baseline 2-B but probably below typical "Countless universes" AP, since the number is still finite, but just arbitrarily high.

It's say it depends on the time frame, especially if it's still assumed a bunch of universes are being devoured/destroyed per second. And Countless/Innumerable often refers to a number that's always constantly approaching infinite, and thus you'd need to destroy it faster than it grows in the first place.

What if it's not a cosmology that keeps growing, but one that's said to already contain a countless number of universes?

I believe usage of timeframe there can easily get out of whack considering we're not dealing with 3-D energy anymore, but 4-D energy.
