Well, the Ghast no-sells fire and would one-shot Muhammad if the Ghast gets a decent shot (+ its shots have good AoE)

Fairly sure that Avdol can just blow the Fire Ball back at him with no problem.

And Magician's Red Fire is Stand fire, aka invisible and intangible/non-corporeal, and can be manipulated in numerous ways.

Avdol can manipulate any fire in the environment with no issues, whether they be generated by himself or by others.

Avdol can just backhand the fireball back at the Ghast and it'll pretty much get OHKO'd right there, not to mention the above reasons.

Gonna vote Avdol since the Ghast wouldn't be able to do anything. Avdol's stand could just stop the fireballs in mid air since he controls fire and he could use Magician's Red physical strength to harm the Ghast. He could also just send the fireballs back as usual with his fire manip.
